“Webnetave is all about solid reliable and knowledgeable communication with our customers. It is all about earning the business of our customers for the long term.”
– Don Gerrity, Web Services Specialist

Building a website or redesigning a website for your business can be a large endeavor and Webnetave is here to help you at each step of the way with our winning website design process. With many years experience let WebNetAve help to guide you and make sure that you receive the website that you expect while also helping you with both the technical aspects as well as the online marketing aspects to help your website be successful for your business.

WebNetAve offers every customer a Website Project Design Process and it was created for the success of the project and to ensure that your expectations are met or exceeded. The process has different Stages of Development, each with deliverables.

These Stages and deliverables change from project to project depending on your needs and requirements. For each customer project, we provide an agreement with all details, agreements and deliverables at each Stage of Development.

This keeps the project on track, and in your control/direction, along with our expert advice to support your needs and goals. Open communications lines are the key to success and for a timely website launch date.

The WebNetAve Goals Guide is a PDF document that you will be sent at project startup. It will help you think about some things you may have not thought about and gives an opportunity for you to share your thoughts, goals, other websites you like etc. It helps us to focus our efforts to meet and exceed your expectations for the website. During the decision making processes, we either move to the next Stage of Development, or we continue in Stage one until it is agreeable. The process is all about communication. Sometimes, new ideas come from our discussions as well and we decide to implement the new ideas before going to the next stage. It is a very creative process that you are very much a part of. After all, you know your business more than we do! It also helps us to get to know you, your business, goals etc. and it is great start to a long term business relationship built on mutual trust and understanding.

Inside this guide you will also find a chart of the Website Project Process that will be followed. We do not post our full design process online to protect this great asset we created for our customers. And also the Goals Guide is usually altered to meet he needs of each unique project. If you have any questions about this process before starting a project, you can contact Don Gerrity (Email: and he would be able to answer any questions that you may have.
