Webnetave.com is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal information. Webnetave.com has implemented the below "Privacy Code" to comply with the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Webnetave.com respects the privacy of our clients and we are committed to keeping your personal information private, secure, accurate, and confidential.
What Is Personal Information?
Personal information includes any factual or subjective information, recorded or not, about an identifiable individual. This includes information in any form, such as:
- age, name, ID numbers, income, ethnic origin, or blood type

We collect and use information about you and your use of our website and our products and services (herein called "Information") to:

The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act utilizes the model code from the Canadian Standards Association(CSA). The code was developed by business, consumers, academics and government under the auspices of the Canadian Standards Association. It lists 10 principles of fair information practices, which form ground rules for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information. These principles give individuals control over how their personal information is handled in the private sector. An organization is responsible for the protection of personal information and the fair handling of it at all times, throughout the organization and in dealings with third parties. Care in collecting, using and disclosing personal information is essential to continued consumer confidence and good will.
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
When making a purchase and paying by credit card, WEBNETAVE.COM never sees your credit card information. You enter your credit card information via the PayPal gateway which is safe and secured. PayPal accepts your credit card information when you pay and NOT WEBNETAVE.COM. Please read PayPal's Privacy Policy in regards to their service.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for service fulfillment, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
a.) Communicate with you;
b.) Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
c.) When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
d.) We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

4. Limiting collection
We only collect information that is necessary for the purpose identified by our organization.
5. Limiting use, disclosure, and retention
Just as Webnetave.com takes steps to limit the types of information we collect from you, we carefully regulate how we handle your personal information. We do not use your information for purposes other than those to which you have consented, or as required by law (for example in a legal investigation).
Should Webnetave.com require the services of third parties to handle your information, we will require them to adhere to privacy procedures that will keep your information confidential.
