Can I copy and use images I find on the Interent or on other websites for my WordPress website?

Absolutely NOT. Images are copyrighted. It is best to use your own photos or to use royalty free images from trusted sources such as Pexels.com or purchase licenses to use images on your website. Not doing so can cost you thousands and thousands of dollars in legal fees and settle fees. Canada Web Pro assumes images you provide are being legally used and it is part of a website project terms and conditions. Canad Web Pro is not responsible for any illegal images or photos provide by customers.

Will Canada Web Pro design my new website to be mobile friendly?

Absolutely YES. In fact, Google has a 'mobile first' policy for Search Engine optimization. Your Canada Web Pro designed WordPress website will be built responsive so that it shows proper on various screen sizes such as television, desktop, laptop, tablets and mobile phones. It is part of our web design process.

How long will it take to build my website and launch it online?

This depends on many factors such as the scope of the website project, the number of web pages, if the website is an e-commerce shopping cart based website or an information website, OnPage SEO work and the current load of projects Canada Web Pro is currently undertaking. The average time for a website project completion is 1-4 weeks. How fast we can work also is determined by how responsive the client is to questions and approvals during the design process. What is WordPress Web Hosting?

Is Web Hosting Included?

Some website design packages include 12 months of free web hosting service. After the first 12 months, an annual renewal will be due for the website hosting.

What About Ongoing Maintenance costs?

Our website design package projects include 30 minutes per month of website updating service for the first 12 months after website launch. Ongoing WordPress Version updates and plugin updates are also included. When the hosting is renewed, this 30 minutes per month updating plan continues for the next term as well. Canada Web Pro STRONGLY urges clients to purchase a CodeGuard Website Backup Vault Service with automatic daily website backup service which gives a 7 day, daily cycle of WordPress backup vault. This protects you if there is ever a failure or if you have issues with plug-ins or vulnerabilities.

Will my website and databases be backed up?

Periodic backups of data on the shared hosting servers, and email infrastructure are completed but the final responsibility for all backups of the data on your shared hosting packages rests with the customer. We strongly recommend that you take periodic backups via your cPanel and store them at your end so that you have multiple options in case of necessity for a restore. You may request for a backup of the last 7 days (from the date of request) and in most cases we will be able to provision this from our disaster recovery backups. However, this is not a part of the core hosting services nor responsibilities and is merely a last resort. Best effort only is to help you out, but backups provisioning and restoration is an extremely time and resource intensive process and hence we can only promise a best effort service in this regard. We strongly recommend that you make use of a CodeGuard Website Backup Vault Service for reliable and inexpensive offsite back ups. With VPS, Dedicated servers, Managed Servers, Cloud Hosting and all Email services Canada Web Pro (webnetave.com) does not maintain any backups that can be restored on a per server or package basis. Is Search Engine Optimization Included in Website Design Projects?

Yes! Included is On Page Whitehat optimization (following search engine rules.) Adding your website to Google and Bing and other search engines that are relevant. We can also help you with your Facebook Business Page setup. We submit proper website sitemaps to Google and Bing as well. The more website pages you have, the better we can target specific keyword phrases that searchers will use to find your type of services and products.

Canada Web Pro Guarantee A Specifc Ranking In Search Engines?

We use very effective Whitehat SEO which adheres to the search engine rules. We cannot guarantee a specific rank or first page ranking because only the search engines can determine that and they change their algorithms often. If any service provider tells you they will guarantee a specific rank in a search engine, run away from such a service provider. Such services use Black-hat SEO methods which do things to 'trick' search engines. The problem is once the search engine finds out about that Black-hat loophole (and they ALWAYS DO!), all websites that have been using Black-hat methods will find their websites suddenly drop drastically in search results and it is hard to regain visibility. Can I control and Update Website Content Myself?

Absolutely yes. You will have full admin access to your WordPress Content Management System. Some clients are comfortable with using this and some prefer to use our Website Updating service. It is your website and the choice if up to you.
